November 25th, 2020 – CoAsia announced on the 25^th that CoAsia SEMI has signed an MOU with the university of Transportation and Communications(UTC) in Vietnam to nurture system semiconductor experts.

Through this MOU, CoAsia SEMI plans to nurture and hire excellent local human resources. The training program starts from January next year and runs for five weeks at the CoAsia SEMI LAB. The training will be conducted based on material written by world-class experts and semiconductor design software supported by Synopsys. Synopsys is the world's No.1 company in the semiconductor electronic design automation(EDA).

A company official said, “This MOU is the second MOU signed with a Vietnam University after Hanoi University of Science and Technology in July.”, “As Vietnam is emerging as a new semiconductor hub, we plan to strengthen local capabilities through additional MOUs in the future.” said.
