- IP selection and sourcing

- IP test program 

- 3 + years experience
- Experience designing analog circuits

  such as ADC, PL, DAC, CDR, RF, etc
- Experience in bus architecture design,

  DDR controller design, digital RTL design
- Prefer ASIC development and mass

  production or DDR production experience


 PKG Engineer

- PKG Selection Evaluation
- PCB Drawing
- PKG Simulation
- Produce PKG Models
- PKG Guide

- 3+ years experience
- PKG process/equipment engineering
- Personnel with experience in designing

  and simulating mechanisms
- Preferential treatment for those with

  experience in the same industry

  (Packaging OSAT)

 

TEST Engineer

- Create and debug test programs
- Test Failure Analysis
- Create Wafer/ PKG Test Flow

- 3+  years experience
- Experiences in testing and developing

  semiconductor TEST industries such as

  fabless/TEST house
- Preferential treatment for programmable

  persons for development of test tool
- Preferential treatment should be given to

  those who have experienced debugging

  in the event of a problem.

 

 Preferred in common

 - Applicants who can speak English,

   Chinese

Applicants who are good at Shell / Perl/

   Tcl / Python

-  SoC Design Service experienced

   applicants
