SAN JOSE, Calif. – October 15, 2025 – CoAsia SEMI officially announced its entry into the Arm Total Design ecosystem, a development introduced by Mohamed Awad, Senior Vice President at Arm, during the Open Compute Project (OCP) event in San Jose.

Arm Total Design is a collaborative, integrated ecosystem of industry leaders established to accelerate and simplify the development of custom SoCs based on Arm Neoverse Compute Subsystems (CSS). It provides comprehensive support throughout the entire development process for infrastructure computing semiconductors, from design to mass production. Participating companies in Arm Total Design can expect various strategic benefits, including: ▲priority access to the latest Arm design tools and IP, ▲enhanced competitiveness in the high-performance SoC market, ▲collaboration opportunities with global partners, and ▲technical and co-marketing support. The program includes leading foundry companies such as Samsung, TSMC, and Intel, as well as major EDA firms like Cadence, Siemens, and Synopsys.

With this agreement, CoAsia SEMI is expected to become a key hub in the Neoverse CSS-based chiplet ecosystem, covering everything from Arm Total Design-based system-on-chip (SoC) design to the supply of chiplet-based packages. The company also plans to maximize synergy by leveraging its product design technology and chiplet design service capabilities, which have been accumulated through collaborations with Samsung Foundry, global IP/EDA vendors, and OSAT partners.

Already a proven Arm Approved Design Partner (AADP) with verified expertise in Arm IP-based SoC design quality, CoAsia SEMI has now solidified its position as a strategic player in the Arm-led Neoverse ecosystem for data centers, AI, High-Performance Computing (HPC), and Automotive through the more expansive, next-generation Arm Total Design partnership.
